Browse the beat store, click Add on your chosen beat, select your preferred license, then proceed to checkout. After payment, your files and license agreement are delivered instantly to your email.
What are stems (tracked-out files)?
Stems are the individual audio tracks that make up a beat, such as drums, bass, melodies, and effects. They give your engineer complete control over the mix and are ideal for professional releases.
Can I release my song on Spotify, Apple Music, and other streaming platforms?
Yes. As long as your license permits commercial use, you can distribute your song on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, TikTok, and other major streaming services.
What's the difference between a lease and an exclusive license?
A lease license allows multiple artists to purchase rights to use the same beat within the terms of the selected license. An exclusive license removes the beat from future sales, giving you exclusive rights to use that instrumental.
Do I own the beat after purchasing a lease?
No. The copyright to the instrumental remains with Jay Stacks Beats. Your purchase grants you a license to legally use the beat according to your selected licensing agreement.
Can I upgrade my license later?
Yes. If your music grows beyond the limits of your current license, you can upgrade to a higher license at any time.
